It’s not every time you will be haggling and grumbling over this price and that price, complaining about how things are so expensive and how very soon, no one will be able to feed (pls, you and who?)
Sometimes, surprise yourself; buy that shoe, pay for that spa appointment, take yourself out for dinner in that new Chinese restaurant that just opened up, go chill with friends and foot the bill, visit that online store and pay for that eye-catching three-piece suit, order that new washing machine, buy that 128 pounds wrist watch; go beyond your ‘norm.’ I’m not asking you to live outside your means, nah ah. All I’m saying is that provided you can afford it, even if you have to pay a little extra for that good/service, please go for it. Stop over thinking it. This money is meant to be spent o, abeg.
Our Heavenly Father knows that we need these things and has made them for our pleasure and will keep providing for us daily…
Be kind to yourself, okay?
If at the end of the day all you have is God, then you have more than enough.
